I keep meeting successful RE investors who play lots of golf.

I'm meeting with the owner this weekend to go over the costs and plan, so I'll have a better feel on what direction I'll be going in afterward.

The remedies are all negotiable obviously, and I would say there is no standard.

I hope to meet a lot of people and learn about real estate.
