I've already posted a couple of questions and listened to about 40 of the podcast archives but have missed this step.I live on San Juan Island,  about 90 miles north and west of Seattle, where my wife and I own 11 vacation rental condos, a B&B, a duplex, and a commercial property.

listen to the podcast they are extremely helpful in pointing you in the right direction.  

I have listened to a couple of their videos and read some of their materials on line.

Eric, not sure why you would be concerned about getting in trouble after listening to that. or maybe you skipped the video. that is an attorney talking!

You could get even more specific and only listen to the podcast related to flipping.

I will be in your shoes in a year or two.

I've been flipping and collecting shoes since I was 12 years old, so I thought flipping land is right up my alley and not to mention a lot more profitable.

Then perhaps listen to the wholesaling podcasts here on BP and perhaps Todd Tobacks site, nolimitsrealestateinvesting.com.There are literally DAYS of Wholesaling vids on Youtube.
