One day perhaps they will implement this. 

We  successfully implemented Buildium during the COVID shutdown.

We had a couple acquisitions of other companies and with each spike in units, we would get more direct attention from the staff for support but also with the ability to recommend software updates and new IT implementation recommendations.

Those that took the information in the original post and implemented the type of strategies would have done very well over the last three years.Just for some background Context for those that might be reading this for the first time here is a little background on what I stated in the original post about San Antonio.San Antonio is a very diverse market with a transportation system that has made our city much different than any other.

What I have found that the quality of the products and the follow-up and implementation are far ahead of any others that I have purchased.

Are you implementing any strategies to mitigate any possible effects? 

I could foresee some additional challenges trying to implement it in a multifamily setting.

I've been listening to BP podcast for a few months and decided that today was the day I start implementing some of what I've learned.

I can only imagine what would happen if a thumbs-down option was implemented; I think it would be abused and the mods/BP customer service would be dealing with complaints.
