I am looking into hiring a VA but not sure what to expect from them in terms of their tasks and responsibilities.  

He hires companies to do the servicing.He seems to be quite familiar with the ins and outs of dealing with note-related landmines in each state that he buys in, but this is clearly a different issue.Thanks again for everyone's participation in the conversation.

Hey folks - I'm on the hunt for hiring a land surveyor that A) Has time in the next week to do the survey, if possible B) Is somewhat reputable.Doesn't have to be an "official" survey as we want to see if we have reason to believe this property has an extra couple hundred square feet.

OR Better yet, Hire a Property Manager, and have them do it, its on them then.  

When u hire the cpa make sure that they invest in real estate themselves.

How much DIY or hire all subcontractors for nearly everything?

I've hired an electrician and an exterminator through Thumbtack.

My other thought is to close on some and evict the tenants myself but I have hire more people if i do that and I'll still have to offer less.  

As long as high income skilled technology workers are hired the local real estate prices surge.
