@Jose Palma Im an investor and agent in Chicago, but have also been happy with eXp Realty based on their flexibility with self branding and also low commission cap. 

The easiest thing for me to do at the time was a T-shirt brand ( AY Asher Apparel), so I started creating designs that would allow me to make products with a print on demand company.

And there is more than one way to get the turnkey experience...I've been an investor most of my adult life (that's a long time LOL) and licensed R/E agent almost 20 yrs.

My 2nd option, is to continue renting let them sell at market value and purchase a brand new house at 700k bring my monthly to about 3k.

@Joe Splitrock is there a particular brand/type of ozone machine you recommend?

Condition - if it's fully renovated 2020 brand new place, it should be easier to keep the unit(s) filled3.) 

Do you have any brands or models of washing machines that are durable, reliabled, and energy efficient?

I have a property to sell in Guilford, CT and I am training a brand new agent of mine to sell this - therefore, I am not looking for a listing agent.I'm aware that all the incentive for someone to help me may have gone out the window but I just want to be totally transparent!
