It seems like it basically up to you to do the math on how much more you will potentially make selling each unit individually and then deciding if that extra $$$ is worth the number of extra hours you will spend.

I used to buy properties there from 2012 to 2015.

Talk to your neighbors, get them on board for your project as the first step. 

The form easy to complete and takes 5-10 minutes.

I heard about Latchel today and it sounds great, but would really like to hear how well they do from someone with experience using them. 

If you do, I switched to Madison a few years ago and they’ve been fine. 

I negotiated the FSBO and was able to even secure a commission.
