He lied and did not mentioned about the bankruptcy.It took a while for me to unwrap the whole situation because my dad/PM was managing the whole thing and this is a huge mistake on my end.......

I am in a chicken and egg situation where we need to spend money to develop the site plan, architecture and get some prospective tenants in place before we can get the loan to develop the property. the corner is also good for a Walgreens or any anchor store. 

Numbers don't lie though, those with a degree do better outcome wise, and not just on income.Should we start listing off example after example of ignorant people that can never get ahead in life to prove our point? 

Definitely don't lie to them, yet if you didn't volunteer that it might help...

@Jonathan Dickerson#1 all tenants lie #2 they paid you a bunch up front #3 they have lots of time now to bank some money (if they are smart) and be able to pay rent on timeI’d draw up a new month to month, starting with when their pre-paid runs out, if they don’t obey the lease at that point, then move to evict.

@Ben NelsonJust for further info to everybody....most of these guys will state it was either a misunderstanding or it was a “I was 18 and she was 16” kind of lie.
