Hello everyone,I'm a young fresh realtor out of Middletown, DE doin big things with big dreams.

Mine said; "I buy, VWs, Opels, BMWs and any other German brands".

If you can go as far as to build a strong brand for yourself then you will be too bust taking calls, not making calls.

I'm probably going with a house that will cost me in the range of $30k to $60k so it's not going to be a big $ home.Are you getting "closeout" and "out of box" items and mixing and matching or sticking to all one name brand?

Could anyone please advise me of a brand/type of window that you folks use in your rehab projects.

I used www.BuildATour.com when I was selling, and thought it was great.  10 bucks a listing, easy to upload pictures and write about them, and it comes with branded and nonbranded links (some MLSs don't allow branded links, but you could use the branded links in your marketing, etc.).

So now it's been foreclosed by WellsFargo, it's freshly foreclosed.
