. - the scope of work includes paint, floors, counters, vanities, toilets, appliances etc. 

Of course the times it didn't work, they stripped out every appliance, every switch, plug, vanity, counter....but almost always the people appreciated being treated like people and worked with us.Cheers

The remainder are new windows, paint, hardwood floors, kitchen upgrade, bathroom vanities, lights and cabinets.Welcome any suggestions on how to get out in front of others?

We're both non-smokers (a property that hasn't been smoked in would be outstanding) who seek a 3+ bedroom (possibly 2 bedroom if there were a separate office), 1.5+ bathroom house with a fenced yard, garage (2+ car preferred) in a very safe & secure neighborhood (I will travel some for work). 

I purchased my first house (ugly, beat up foreclosure in New Brighton, Minnesota) fresh out of college and proceeded to renovate the house room by room (entire kitchen, bathroom, knocked out walls to make open concept, tons of tiling/flooring) with my girlfriend.

I've found low-flow toilets, the perfect amount of tile for a bathroom backsplash, funky and cool light fixtures and other miscellaneous stuff.  

New roof, carpet paint, flooring, windows, bathroom update, kitchen and a ton of cleaning and yard crap hull. 

It is one of my favourite floors to use in bathrooms and laundry areas.

If I decide to buy, I would gut the whole thing, put raw dry wall in, and renovate then kitchen and bathroom.  

Property needs new kitchen flooring, H/w refinishing or carpet, some minor plumbing work, updated light fixtures, new flooring in bathroom, removal of wall paper in dining room, paint, new vanity in bathroom, new countertops, and new stove.
