Neither our equity investors nor our lender have been affected by the Coronavirus!

Why do you think that matters or would have an affect?

This will greatly affect my ability to pick up commercial lots.

We're very busy, and my workload has increased because I'm getting a lot of calls with Tenants and Landlords asking how this will affect them.

However, with the quickness of the virus, the first to of seen the affects was Wall Street which as you may have seen in the last few weeks have taken drastic downward spike and some were able to hold on during that time or buy pennies on the dollar.  

So in the same house as above, if you have $70k into it, it's worth $100k, they'll finance $80k, and then $10k can hopefully cover your interest costs and any cash you have into the deal is back in your pocket to do the final "R," which is "repeat!"

I will add this caveat:  If it's a larger building with professional management, I wouldn't want a completely empty apartment building that I have to fill (or it would definitely affect the purchase price/game plan).

Any thoughts on how it could affect your specific market and what that affect may be?

Under the current situation in which most of the economy was shut down, the vast majority of people can in good faith state they have been adversely affected somehow by Covid-19.
