This has helped me learn how to work with people to get to your ultimate goal.Portfolio: I currently have a property in Woodland Park in a c/d area with a dilapidated mobile home on it.I am trying to learn anything I can be it relevant or not (everything becomes relevant someday) and will be spending much of my time floating the forums.

There will be investors from all over the Bay Area, CA, and around the country - so in state, out of state, notes, mobile home parks, tiny home communities, flipping, multifamily, etc will all be covered!

Folks, what do I like about the idea of mobile home investing? 

I'm not sure if such an approach is the most prudent in terms of proper due diligence …but I guess there are always those who will come up with creative ways to streamline their efforts...and wallet    lol

Who do you feel the best value mobile home manufacturer is?  

So far I've purchased two mobile homes, remodeled them, had a lot of difficulty in getting them moved and am hoping to rent them soon.I would like to know where others have had good success (and failures) in this, and tips for being succesful at it.
