Time tracking apps, etc?

With another Multifamily added, I can't imagine how to functionally remain in the Stone Age.Please be kind enough to provide recommendations for Cloud Based services, preferably with an App, that will help me move my current 8 Plex into the Cloud (& preferably accompanying App) and help me prepare for the new acquisition. 

So I’ve been sending mailers to people from the real machine app that include the picture of the property, and I recently got a call from a homeowner that wanted me to take them off my mailing list and also said that it was “creepy and an invasion of privacy” to take a picture of their ppty.

I see self storage more as a business and not necessarily apples to apples with residential rentals.

I would consider Parmer east of I35 for house affordability and as kind of central to tech jobs (Parmer and up Parmer to Domain then further up to Apple)...but I think many of those jobs pay well enough for an apartment to be affordable and apartments are abundant around the east side.
