I'm not sure why the guy even applied in the first place since I specifiied no evictions, but he immediately texted me once he realized this appeared on his background report and ofcourse gave me excuse after excuse saying "It never happened, I will get this settled"....

I can't tell from the photos how the plaster was applied but there does not appear to be any mesh.

My options appear to be: Assume the mortgage and use it as a rental or simply let the bank take it.Property is valued at $54K and monthly costs total $505.00.
