One is terminex with a logo on their car, nicely dressed and a logo on their shirt, polo tucked in clean cut and professional selling termite extermination services and you are the other guy, with your "wifebeater" saying yo mami, need your insects plugged?

It comes with the iphones.Don't drink on the job, don't play loud music on the job (earphones are your friend), don't lear at the lady renters (you are there for business), and dressing like a (successful) workman in clean clothes everyday will probably go a long way in making a good first impression, on both the owner and the renter.Clean boots or shoes are a positive.

Through my experienced eyes, I can see the house naked, dressed up, or covered with makeup.

I think I know exactly what you mean.And sometimes certain groups (meetups) are just hard to find ones that meet your level of experience, or some it comes dressed in a super expensive program.
