What about the horrors of Chinese Sheetrock or Black Mold and the Tenant that only calls you to complain about the water leak that they have had for three months, when the cabinet is ruined or the sheetrock is falling apart?

You can search for RTA cabinets (Ready To Assemble) those are Chinese imports but they are all wood and will hold up better

All that to say, it would be horrible for the broader world if the Chinese are not able to fend off such a collapse, but we would likely see rates drop.

Because this is semi unclear In my state (Illinois) I always do separate LLCs for separate things that I will hold for a while (I want a Chinese wall between all different assets I will keep for a while).
