Had a terrible experience with Mailchimp.

However on apartments.com the only properties listed for rent are one to two bedrooms renting from $800-$950, however all the reviews left by tenants are terrible, only one review was positive of about a dozen total.

Is anyone else involved in iFunding's Orlando investment?  iFunding marketed it as a 6-month short-term mezzanine financing structure where the borrower would pay interest for 6 months while re-financing the property....

They are like a conventional ranch home that consistently attracts buyers due to there affordability and not terribly dated look.  

But I did use Glass Doctor on one occasion once upon a time and recall them doing a pretty decent job for a not too terrible price.I'd give you the number of my handyman or carpenter if I didn't have them booked up through the rest of the summer/fall.

You can do all the research in the world and have a perfect tenant on paper that goes into default, or a tenant who looks terrible on paper but is a hardworking and responsible person.
