However on apartments.com the only properties listed for rent are one to two bedrooms renting from $800-$950, however all the reviews left by tenants are terrible, only one review was positive of about a dozen total.

But I did use Glass Doctor on one occasion once upon a time and recall them doing a pretty decent job for a not too terrible price.I'd give you the number of my handyman or carpenter if I didn't have them booked up through the rest of the summer/fall.

You can do all the research in the world and have a perfect tenant on paper that goes into default, or a tenant who looks terrible on paper but is a hardworking and responsible person.
