Here in the USA, since it is private, it can be expensive (you don't pay the test but probably have to pay the dr, nurse, the seat, the air you breath in the facility and all the crazy charges) and I'll bet the number of cases is much much larger that what is reported even now (if you conduct few tests you can only have few positive cases).

Assuming you have something written into section 6 of the RTA standard lease agreement about this expectation, I am guessing you would be able to hold up on handing over keys until this is done, but check it with a paralegal or trusted PM to be sure.

It went fine, depends on your company but mine allows the standard up to $50k loan, minimal paperwork, 2-3 business days funding and only a $100 admin fee.
