I know that there will be some wrong numbers and wrong people in any list but I just cant have any more lists where I cant reach a single person all day. 

On a house with a lot of distance between heater and furthest hot water source, the pumps do not work and using a single heater can take minutes to get hot.  

It relied heavily on that industry, so when handcrafted furniture fell out of favor during to mass production people started leaving and it hasn't quite found it's new calling. 

I own two fully paid out single family homes through a 1031 exchange, my original thought process is to keep them long term since that's been what I've done in the past, however I am contemplating changing my strategy since I'm seeing a lot of movement in the local real estate market that people are flipping them within a month of their purchase on the home. 

context- one family offered 2k and a single individual wants to negotiate to 1700.

I don't see the (NC in my case) legal system embracing unknown products where tokens are created, decoupled from the underlying asset, and potentially price manipulated by "token investors".

Cant recall the name but I think the GFC might have taken that product away. 

This has completely reinvigorated my passion for real estate and I am even more excited to get to work every single day.
