I suggest a plant with year round greenery about 2 foot in front of the AC condensers and then a short PVC picker fence or lattice enclosure on them.

I can't give you a per square foot cost, but if it's under 2000 square feet and on a slab (no basement), I'd guess you're probably looking at $8-15K to do it right.

Yes, the bookkeeping is just one aspect of PM-specific software, so it's usually more of the essentials than being as robust as full accounting software.Having said that, there are several more things to keep track of as it concerns daily management, and this is where PM apps are vital as your holdings grow, especially if you have partners.I have mixed feelings about Buildium raising their base pricing.
