I think it's important to know the value of a property and what margin of profit you need to make and then to make offers on the properties that make the best sense for you within the established parameters.The number of offers you make isn't nearly as important as the quality of them and whether you get responses or not.

A standard width for a well laid out floor plan of a typical town home is 24' to 30' which means you should be able to get 3 units on the site, you have to allow for an access drive to the rear parking/garage area.

I use www.ntnonline.com for screening they will not give you a pass-fail as those standards are up to you. they also include an eviction report.
