So, i'm about to start my all out marketing campaign towards motivated sellers, even knocking on driving for dollars some, but i started thinking about the aftermath of the deal for the seller.

This year, investors have raised billions of dollars from bond buyers, pension funds and even wealthy Chinese individuals to purchase more homes.

These companies do have deals, but I think its important to research, understand and know their motivations and roles in these transactions.
