The properties are gorgeous with amazing furniture and space.

They also noticed in an outdoor carport garage (where laundry appliances are located) that some of those shelves are bowing, too. 

And there are many other great outdoors activities down there.

But I'm also wondering if there's a more affordable option with comparable quality.I’m a huge AMZ buyer for rentals and flips but for outdoor chairs it has been hit or miss    Look at the Adirondack chairs on there    None of them have more than a few hundred reviews   Which is low for such a common item.   

Maybe two pickleball courts is overkill for one STR, so maybe one pickleball court and cornhole/outdoor shuffleboard/etc with half court basketball.I'm a basketball player myself, and I feel very few STR tenants would play full court basketball. 

They left some clothes and junk behind, moved and damaged furniture, trash everywhere, and even a tire in the family room.
