The rates were too good to be true, and the entire process lacks integrity, to say the least.

In my opinion the only 2 things that matter in real estate (outside of the obvious stuff like having integrity, honesty, etc.) are having fun and making money!

If it were me, I would have thanked him for the wonderful opportunity to commit fraud on his behalf but that dang integrity just keeps getting in my way.

I also get into topics such as the BRRRR strategy and how I integrate house hacking into the BRRRR strategy to get the best mortgage terms and best ROI when I refinance out of the deal.As with any goal or dream, they never come easily, but with enough focus, determination, and hard work, you can get what you’re after.

I was reflecting on some of the initial impressions people have about multifamily syndications today, which prompted me to dig a bit deeper into the ‘why’ behind comments I’ve seen on message boards & social media, like these –‘I’m happy with my current investment decisions’ and ‘I don’t trust anyone who suggests a different strategy’‘ or I’m not interested in hearing about multifamily syndications, as I’m sure a pushy salesperson will try to convince me to do something that’s not good for me, and I don’t want to lose money’It occurred to me that I’m no different, and further reflected on how it took me a few months to be convinced to invest in multifamily syndications.
