Ask the builder if he would be willing to pay for a introduction lead if it turns into a deal?.

Does anyone know how to pull data for Pre-Foreclosure and NOD leads in Louisiana?

I was just browsing the BP podcasts, and show 71 deals with handling probate leads.

KW doesn't usually feed their agents a whole lot of leads.  

After reading some posts, it's obvious SFRs are selling pretty fast in Roseville which leads me to believe there is demand for SFRs but I don't know what that tells me about MFR properties.  

How confident are you that the folks at the current title company really dug around in the county records office, either for that document or for something that would lead to it?

All which will cost over $1200 for 1000 leads and 1000 mail pieces that will include their address.
