"Consideration" is important... there are basics to any agreement in US.

Every company has good and bad; your specific LO is more important than the "generic experience" with said company.

The most important thing is being able to respond to your clients and get them into houses when they need to, so you actually have more free time than other people who work a 'normal' part or full time job and do real estate on the side. 

And Welcome, I'd have to agree with Marcus and say the most important first first first step would be landing on a niche and perhaps defining your goal(s)

It's a nice property and my guess it would sell within a week, maybe 2 (very low inventory in district)Although we bought in Sept. we completed it in January. then had more important things to tend to over the past few months. 

Deciding a market is very important.

It appears it could be win win for both involved.I try not to because even as the strapping physically presentable whole gentleman I can tidy myself up to I have many mental and physical challenges that people incorrectly ignorantly judge me by so I tend to look past surface issues but discrimination has an important purpose and is how we stay alive.

@Stephen Karakitsios I'd say the most important aspect of getting started is actually pulling the trigger on your first deal more so than the actual numbers on the deal itself.
