I joined Bigger Pockets because I plan to House Hack a Duplex in Missouri.

I don’t want to bother her with signing offers that will be rejected without consideration.An example of this is a house with an outstanding solar loan on it.

My strategy is to house hack but not too sure on how  set my listings for the two extra bedrooms that I have.

You need enough sitting at the dining room table and in the living room for as many as the house sleeps.

You do still need to get it inspected through the Rental Housing Inspection Program, but that's pretty easy.

Even if the market only appreciated at the rate of inflation, my equity growth is still beating inflation because I'm conservatively leveraged.4) It is unlikely single family prices will go down in any meaningful way as evidenced by over 100 years of US housing price data.

Then, with so many people in the same situation, the housing market started to get flooded with houses.  

This house does have potential but will need a lot of updates (and money), both in the immediate and long term future in order to make it what I am looking for.
