LOL I ran a profitable construction business for 3 years so I have project management experience.I have worked in the insurance industry in the past so I'm considering going that route.I want to really focus in Real Estate so I'm also considering getting my license so that way I can work in the same industry I'll be investing in.I also have over 12 years of customer service and banking experience. 

I checked out Evolve but they don't seem to have cleaners as part of their service.

Currently, I work a full-time job, but I'm passionate about learning how to start making passive income through real estate investments.

I would encourage you to read the full offering document, there should be details on how the profit is split, are you able to liquiditate early if you need (can you sell your shares even at a discount?)

One I know is days on the market but I would like to know a strategy more in terms of the work needing to be done on the property.What is the typical rehab budget for a full gut versus a fixer-upper that needs some updating such as for the kitchen, bathroom, new carpet, roof, and/or driveway for example?

The buyers of a house we flipped in 2018 are suing me personally, my LLC, my wife who was my agent, My wifes broker, their agent, their agents broker.Long story short its more of a case of buyers remorse and trying to make some cash than anything.

I use Thumbtack for any help needed for rental, including photographer.Also, you might ask a referral from RE agent, PM, or give a call to a listing agent you like the photos of.
