They of course have procedures in place for safety and will be restricting the number of people who can enter at one time. 

If you do not feel like meeting in person because of Covid maybe ask him for his favorite food place and send him a gift card as a nice gesture.

Food for thought 

If you remove the safety net then you have no choice but to learn to fly.

Also, I have my niece and nephew that stay with us and want to ensure they’re safety.

We have something similar here....here it is for judges, police officers, etc where they have an exemption to their names being in the public property records...for safety issues.

I dont care why the house smells; smoke, pets, dead body, food, trash, it is all the same.
