According to Realtor.com, it's worth $120k.I'd like to tap into that equity with a HELOC.Has anyone here gotten a HELOC on an investment property?

Hey Everyone, I'm a HVAC/Mechanical contractor in the Upstate of SC and looking to start building an investment portfolio using the BRRRR method.

My opinion for what it's worth, Account Closed, is that it's much harder to find a deal now and make the numbers work.I believe there is more "investors" or at least people attempting to invest than ever before - combine that with our current situation of higher than what "most of us" are used to and low inventory = 10X harder to find good deals - in my opinion.Wholesaling being easy is a myth...I know so many people here in Chicago who talk about it, but the number of people doing it at any scale for a length of time is nearly zero....the one guy I know who's been at it longer than most here in Chicago is @Zach Shepard and he's a silent snipper!

Hello, I am looking at some multi family investment properties and I see big difference in price in properties that are turnkey from ones that are fixer uppers.

In a tough market, it's easy to get distracted by all the shiny opportunities that come up.For example, to really focus on growing our real estate agent business, we made the difficult decision to stop buying investment properties this year.

I want to help my son get off to a great start but I am also concerned what cosigning will do to my debt to ratio and I have been circling real estate investing for the last few years, ready to take a shot now.

I don't think it benefits buyers or sellers very much financially.
