Yes, it costs money to tear down and haul off debris, a demo permit, and of course buying it from an owner that thinks it is only slightly less valuable than the lot next door that has a habitable house on it.Despite the shortage of listings, I am enjoying the challenge of finding sellers that are willing to sell.... drive for dollars, absentee owners, and for sale by owners are some of my favorites to interact with.As a realtor, I feel that I am here to help those that need it; for those that know what they're doing, welcome to the exciting ever changing market!
