It's the price of education I always told my students.

That's on your shoulders to get the education, not for a mentor to decide for you.Again, this is meant to be constructive, so I truly hope you take it that way.

All you need is a good real estate education, and you need to take action.

I figure with that luxury this could be a win win for me.I know I am not fully prepared at this time to make that commitment (Education wise) so if anyone can send me some feedback on the steps I will need to take considering I will be only 18 with no credit, and where I might want to change things or a better way to go about this I would really appreciate it !

I have a degree in business and currently work in an industry that I love as an advisor at an automotive appearance school.I would like to eventually invest in rental properties to build cash flow.

Which is where everyone starts regardless if they plan to spend more on their education or not.  

However, I look at that as an investment in my Rehabbing Education.
