They only require documents and specifications to be submitted in advance by an approved builder if you are building a custom home. 

Think factory worker, customer service worker, teacher and laborers. 

Your friend might know already....but if he is used to building custom homes he may not know anything about FHA loans.  

They are great with customer service and technology but cant do much for me with real estate investing.I have a lending relationship with a very small bank.

We already setup a website and designed a Logo together, yeah I do that too! 

We even got matching shirts with my company logo. 

Since you already have it, I recommend giving it a try also for your real estate business, it can be customized to fit your business needs.

Unfortunately, the letters are always custom and written after I've analyzed the deal up-down-and-sideways.
