Does anyone know a good and reputable home inspector in Austin?

I've been interested in a property listed for 230k on the market for some time now, and it was listed for 270k.

@Frank Newsome the profile you started here on BP yesterday, doesn't show where you are from.So, not sure how you picked those 4 markets, other than they are all in Michigan.We're in the Metro Detroit market, not the other 3.Our website has a map showing all the cities in Macomb, Oakland & Wayne Counties, that make up Metro Detroit. 

The reason why "large developers"  finance their real estate with ease is (1) track record; (2) balance sheet/liquidity;  (3) Global Cash Flow.

Would you recommend it for someone in my position?

Does this in general eliminate the possibility of doing part-time STR in condos?

I am a small time landlord with a few local SFH rentals, and would like to register a “free account” with them that I keep reading about in the forums.

I tried using the promo code in the store, and it could not apply the promo code. 

End up with all cash and little to no tax.Your wealth snowball ends up a lot larger 10 years down the road when you make and keep your money in a more tax efficient way.
