hi Erica, how do you know Rules of Renovation is a scam...I just attended the seminar,,and am considering the gold package...I find it hard to believe Hilary Farr would associate with Scam artists... wouldn’t it ruin her career....it’s because her name is attached to it that makes me think they are not scamming the public....if I am wrong, please advise...as I do not want to loose $21,297 of my hard earned money..I would appreciate your thoughts

:)No one has mentioned my extra fingers or gigantic fist sized warts on my five gallon bucket sized head when we make a deal and I am handing them a sack of Gold So I sneak around and make a few deals ,then go back to my cave way back in the woods.

I have a local friend who already hosts Airbnbs that would be willing to add a few more to his portfolio for some commission, but that model also seems a little risky at present.I know gold and Bitcoin don't provide any passive income, but I think they could be a good hedge against inflation.

If you are sitting on a gold mine, even if the mine is not owned by you, you still have better chance to find some gold nearby rather than go to places where gold has never been found before.  

Gold is supposed to be in again, but we usually stick to brushed nickel since it is neutral and currently seems to stand the test of time.Update main door with kick plate, new door handles and peep hole. - if you have multi unit deal, I have always found nice apartment numbers plates with grail have paid off.
