I do the weekends print version because the cost of paying for 30 day in print is ridiculous and much more than I'm willing to pay.For the flat fee MLS listing I'll use a realtor that I know that charges $399 for 90 days.

. -- QuickBooks - Has a built in document management free in the newer version and download the credit card or bank transactions-- Neatreceipts - scan, get a report in excel and then you can import that info into most of the softwares.
