I live on the beautiful(but expensive) coast of California, 30 years old, and I have been doing construction for most of my adult life. 

The upside could be that I'm still new enough to not be above some sweat equity and I've spent most of my adult life in construction. 

So if you could find a deal that is on American, Pennsylvania, Hazel, Rodney, etc it would be walking distance to Wesley College.
