Just because they deny a deal doesn't mean it is guaranteed to fail but they obviously feel like the odds are not favorable enough, whether it is the location or maybe your financial profile and its ability to assume a level of risk.

Multifamily can be great because of economies of scale (one roof) multiple paying tenants (Lowers risk profile on non-payment), one loan, tax benefits, etc.We are buying a 384 unit apartment complex right in your area, Daytona, FL.

The fact is RE is hyper local and even in one city you could see a price gap and big difference in investment profile between two neighborhoods.
