For example, at Turnkey Property Group, we hire a third party licensed inspector to give us his professional opinion on the remaining lifespan, and if at least ten years isn’t their opinion, it is immediately replaced. 

Can you suggest, if you know any immigration professional that can provide proper guidance for getting a Real Estate LLC formed?

So I was looking to purchase a generated list of leads from Listsource.com and was wondering if anyone knows if it comes with phone numbers or is it strictly mailing addresses?

I'm sure this question has been asked a million times, and I've searched around the site, but I'm finding more about scripts for phone calls than I am about wording messages.

Driving the streets, talking to locals, eating/sitting at a local cafe, and personally getting a feel for the different areas will allow you to understand those dynamics and therefore allow you have an edge over other "out-of-state" investors that just rely on those reports and long-distance phone conversations.

A REAL wholesale deal shouldn't need a large email list, it should be sold after a phone call, maybe two.
