The unit has a weird layout (because of the conversion), so her son has the bedroom proper, and she sleeps in an area right off the bedroom that is part of the main living space (separated from the living room by an interior wall with an archway).Her request: "I know this doesn't have anything to do with you but would you be willing to write a formal letter stating the apartment is coded for 2 people and that my son has his own room/ i keep it well maintained."

As I said, the house needs a lot of work. 1978 build with all original interior, floors were torn up, some foundation issues, pool needs replastering and the enclosed patio needs to be torn down.

Hello Mathieu,I understand your concern, I am foreign national myself now resident, I work with a local Texas lender that can lend to foreign nationals (Mexican and International) but will require 30% downpayment which is not ideal, furthermore the interest rates are going to be around 6-7%.Perhaps you can look into seller finance and negotiate better rates?
