So I googled which areas in the U.S. provide the most bang for your buck in a house.It seems that there are several areas of Georgia (for example) where you can get a 5 bedroom, 4 bath at a price that might buy a dated 3/2 where I live (Pittsburgh).   

I took classes at an Exit reality company in Hinesville, Ga,  discovered how bad the market was on top of a divorce i was so not ready for and had to hit the work force.Currently I just graduated school (ITT-Tech) for Architectural Drafting and work for a HVAC company.  

The one situation I had was a condo in GA.  

@Edwin Solivan  I have attached a post that my JV partner in Ga post earlier on one of my foreclosed property.The original lien at 2012 was $4,700.

And why not go, say, to Baltimore City, Atlanta GA or Richmond VA, which RealtyTrac finds are the best rental markets in the country?
