Financially there are many areas that for the sake of all US taxpayers should not be allowed to rebuild or should never qualify for any form of government emergency assistance state or federal in the future. 

This was great for me since it allowed to renovate each unit one at a time without making me pay the entire mortgage payment each month.

I have asked them to keep an eye out for me concerning properties, but I haven't been very specific.

I just came across this and almost became a headache for me with 3 refinances.

In this case, is it legal for me to act in the capacity of a finder and charge a finder's fee considering he negotiates the deal himself?  

By forming an LLC it is slightly easier to account for expenses to offset against your income.

Was hardest part of this business for me in the beginning.
