If I lived in America I would without a doubt aim for a multi-family house to begin with as I would love to have hands on the situation living close to the resident(s).

& then get there 1st.I'm in Florida...been ahead of the curve (mostly dumb luck) 4 the last 15 years myself.the bottom line is that IF You don't GET in, Regardless of "Timing", even if the market goes thru "adjustments"....do You know of any property available, anywhere in America today for less than it sold for in 2000?

There must be sites where Europeans, Asians, Australians, South Americans and other overseas buyers look to connect with deals in America.

It looks like it has been in that condition for quite some time.Of additional note, CNN Money rated the most overpriced and under priced cities in America.

I didn't pull these numbers out of thin air: this information is in the books that Thomas Stanley wrote, starting with Marketing to the Affluent and ending with Stop Acting Rich.Sure, control your expenses, sure, increase your income, sure, limit your spending rate, but if you really want to make money in America, a lot of data says that it's a team sport, and you'd better pick the right spouse for it.IMO, when it comes to men like me talking about doing this, the women in their lives who make it possible simply don't get enough credit, with the data being this obvious.
