They've identified housing as a serious limitation for them, and when I asked where they have the greatest need on the East Coast, Charlotte and Tampa were identified.I'm looking to connect with investors in either of those locations and also looking for some general knowledge from the BP community at large.I've never been to Charlotte or Tampa, so I could use some local knowledge in terms of safe neighborhoods with 1BR / Studio inventory in both of those cities, at least to get me started.Has anyone else done any work of significance with non-profits.
