- How is the school system in this area?

@Jay Hinrichs, I agree that there are a lot of things that can go wrong during a construction project, but I'm using a modular system of building, so we don't have all the headache of bad framing/roofing contractors, etc etc.I appreciate the input!

I am a Systems Engineer at an MSP in Tempe, AZ.

There were unknown plumbing leaks as the system would not hold pressure, but we could not find any actual leaks.Then I had estimates from various contractors and chose the one I thought would be best.

If so, they will often not have very sophisticated systems in place.

I use wholesalers in my area to help me find these deals, because looking for deals is very time consuming, and there are people who have a great system and do this every day.
