It depends on what will incentivize them and also based on what their specific role is (for example, my project managers also handle things like coordinating staging, dealing with appraisers, dealing with alarms going off in the middle of the night, analyzing deals, etc).Personally, I pay my project managers monthly salary plus a percentage of the profits on each deal.
