The pms never got his social security number even though he said he did.Im considering suing the tenant if that's possible being that he's missing, but wondering if I should be suing the pm instead for neglect and not getting their SS#.Does anyone have advice for this?

Most people could ask; what would someone fresh out of high school offer but I think you would have a fresh outlook on a younger demographic so you could offer to manage someone’s social media if that’s in your wheel house.instead of asking for people to take you under their wing try and find a need that you can fill to add value to their story.Failure is guaranteed in this business but that’s far better than never getting started and I’m sure most people here wished we got started when you did.
