When I first started out, I was using Spokeo for Skip Tracing and I was getting about 45% accurate phone numbers and 39% accurate e-mail addresses.

I was going to click on the Columbus specific data but the website is asking for a lot of personal info so I skipped it.  

Or skip all the crap, land my 300+ unit apartment complex and call it a day :D

Skip the condo unless you're going to buy out most of the condo complex.  

They get better the more you pay to get assistance on skip tracing, list building, etc., but none work if you aren't ready to talk real estate with the people who respond.

Many other lead gen, local deed access service, a few skip trace services;  premium.whitepages.com,  peoplefinders.com (one service is not enough).Good luck to all,  curt

Large semester gaps and young immature students with barely any rental history or life experience can damage your place and skip out on a judgment just as well as any Section 8 tenant (in fact, in Pittsburgh, people who owe on a judgment can't be on Sec 8).

Later on, you find all the things you miss and it's a cost-overrun (and change order) bonanza.You give contractor "B" that same written scope - but he's really on his game and points out a dozen things you missed, writes an entirely new scope of work for a lot more money.. but you decide that all that other stuff doesn't matter, or you skip straight to the bottom line without bothering to read his bid, and hire contractor "A" anyway.

So shoot for 2x or skip it.  

Between keeping track of those houses I need to do further research and skip trace, call with more information, knock again, etc. it's hard to keep track within excel.I've been watching videos how people are wholesaling within Podio.
