I know of one non-traditional bank in Atlanta, they offer 50% financing at pretty reasonable rates, you need to show up at least once to their offices to sign some paperwork, they used to offer loans to investors who use power of attorneys, but no more.I am from California originally and moved to Israel over 4 years ago.
