@James Wise I listened to the BP podcast that you were featured in just the other day.

Spend the next couple months here on the forums, blogs, listening to podcasts, reading some more books, and networking around town.

@Milan SanghviPerhaps a simple discussion of asking the tenant what she would do if she was in your shoes and explaining her reasoning.

I have really enjoyed listening to the podcast. 

Listen, I hope you knock it out of the park. 

So as of now, planning on moving forward alone.I presently work a 9-5 job which occupies most of my daytime hours.Would appreciate any thoughts or advice anyone has to extend -- sorry for being windy - if you feel I could shorten anything up or provide less info or more in a particular area please let me know or if you have a recommendation for a different section of the forum to place this topic in.Thanks in advance - reading here the past 2-3 months and listening to the present and old podcasts during the week has led me to rethink the path I was on and set some clear and concise goals for myself.  

So just do as much reading on the forums as you can, listen to all the podcasts and you will start finding out what subjects you need to know more about. 

I couldn't agree more with @Chad Anderson - I also recommend listening to the BP podcasts.

I started listening to the podcasts about 5 1/2 weeks ago and listened to all 132 in that time.
