What is the right way to handle this?

I feel like I made the right call in this case.

Maybe I just have bad agents   My 2 thoughts on this are1) Maybe you haven't found a good agent, or the right agent for you.2) Maybe you have unrealistic expectations for the market, thus leading to a high number of offers with no deals closing from them.Also, #2 there, doesn't necessarily preclude #1 from being true.

U got that right its not been all wine and roses thats for sure.. :)  But its something new everyday..

All I can offer is do it right. 

I invest exclusively overseas as I can get better returns than at home in the right places but I wouldn't touch Thailand with a 10-foot pole, unless it's for lifestyle.

I can tell you a short-term rental that is 5/2 and in the right area, would do amazing there! 

Plus, it’s hard to ignore a notification that pops up right in front of you.

If I bought something for a specific reason on one of the units I put those materials toward that one where possible even if it could be argued that it was a general expense (like buying 5 gallons of paint for one project and using 2 gallons left over to paint a single room later at another property).
